How to Shop
You can shop directly without creating an account.
You may also register using Facebook Login to easily check your order status.
Shopping Process
Select items → Shopping Cart → Checkout → Fill in Information → Submit Order
Payment Methods
Credit Card (online payment)
ATM Virtual Account (please complete payment within 3 days; overdue orders will be automatically canceled)
※ When the payment deadline is exceeded, the system will cancel the order and the generated virtual account will become invalid. Please place a new order.
Shipping Time
Monday to Friday (no shipments on weekends or public holidays)
Orders will be shipped within 4–5 business days after payment is completed
Urgent or same-day delivery is not available
Pre-order Items
If your order includes pre-order and non–pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
To receive non–pre-order items earlier, please place a separate order.

※ SF Express requires an ID copy for customs clearance.
International Shipping
Overseas orders will be shipped within 7 business days
China / Hong Kong / Macau: SF Express
Other regions: Chunghwa Post International Registered Air Parcel

Asia: approx. 7–11 days
Oceania / Americas / Europe: approx. 10–14 days
Supported delivery regions:

China / Hong Kong / Macau: SF Express (about 1 week)
Other regions: Chunghwa Post International (about 1–2 weeks)

Possible Shipping Delays
We will contact you if stock shortage or product issues occur before shipment.
During peak seasons (Lunar New Year, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, major campaigns), delivery time may be delayed due to high logistics volume.
7-Eleven Pickup Notice
Please enter your real full name for ID verification at pickup.
An SMS and email notification will be sent when the parcel arrives.
Please pick up within 7 days to avoid automatic return.
Possible reasons for not receiving SMS notifications:
SMS ad-block enabled
Number added to blacklist / whitelist
SMS inbox full
Phone was powered off
Incorrect number entered
Returned parcels requiring reshipment will incur additional shipping fees.
Shipping Fees
Shipping to Taiwan and Japan is automatically calculated at checkout
For other countries, please contact customer service for a shipping quote
Order Confirmation
Orders are reviewed within 24 hours after payment.
Once confirmed, orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
No shipments on weekends or national holidays.
If you need to modify your address or have special requests, please contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
Fill out the return request form
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Requests outside the 7-day window cannot be accepted.
Return & Refund Process
Received (within 7 days) → Request Submitted (1–3 days) → Review (2–3 days) → Return Shipping → Inspection → Refund Issued (within 10 days)
※ Opened items cannot be returned.
※ Return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the customer.
※ Exchanges are limited to the same product only.
※ Coupons cannot be restored once used.
※ All items, including gifts, must be returned.
Refund Instructions
Credit Card: Refund will be processed via online reversal after inspection. Actual posting time depends on the issuing bank.
Other payment methods: A correct bank account must be provided. Refund will be issued within 10 days after confirmation.
